| Season 4's coming out in a little over a month. I've read all the books and loved the show, and I can't wait for - Spoiler:
Tyrion's trial, along with finally seeing that prick Joffrey dead.

| Yeah start of season 3 going to be amazing, until they reach book 4. I don't know who you are though dood, but for public interest, DONT CLIC HIS SPOILER UNLESS YOUR READ THE BOOK. And you mystery person should probably write that its a book spoiler on your tag, because one might assume it is a spoiler from the show | |

| So we got a week and a couple of days till the premier and I can't wait.
Yea lets clarify if it's a book or show spoiler that seems like a good plan. Speaking of the books I should probably get back to reading those, I've only read the first one.

| So far for great! The best scene of this episode was with Arya and the Hound. | |

| The only good scene was the one with arya and the hound, the rest of it was pretty standard, nothing else stood out It was a good season opener, but i can see why slayer was talking about not watching it anymore, this episode demonstrates why he doesnt like it (until the scene with arya and the hound at least)
It might help to watch a bunch of episodes at a time slayer, thats what we usually end up doing and it makes the lack of action less noticeable

| S04E02 - Spoiler:
When Joffery died i was happy but Tyrion will probably be executed for it which makes me sad, im hoping he can get out of it though so overall im happy, at least until the time comes when it looks like tyrion will be executed When tyrion was made cup bearer i figured joffery would be poisoned so i saw it coming, even before that i felt like something would happen there
Im pretty sure Margaery did it, she was probably planning to poison him at some point soon after they were married since shes queen now and jofferys death gives her a lot of power (and she doesnt want to be married to him), and the situation with tyrion gave her the perfect opportunity to do it The only reason im not certain it was her is because of the meta, shes too obvious of a suspect and because of that it cant be her
And slayer, you should watch this season, that first episode is not a good representation of the season, this one is much better

I think we were all pretty happy when Joffrey died. it was pretty hard to look at though, i mean it really looked painful. I remember when i was reading it, i thought, well this is good BUT IT WONT BRING ROBB BACK .

| Sunday's episode was decent, but relatively disappointing. I would really have liked to see more action surrounding the capture of Mereen. If you hadn't read the books, you would have no idea what was happening.
Really the only good scene was the dynamic with Jon Snow

| I enjoyed the episode. It was a bit slow, but not every episode can be action packed, there has to be some build up. | |

| These last two episodes have been better, action wise. Two days ago's one was incredibly exciting, as it had Tyrion's trial. Even though I've read the books, they still managed to include some unique stuff in there, which I appreciated. Can't wait for - book spoiler:
Oberyn to fight the Mountain. I'm wondering how they're going to do Tyrion escaping from prison and killing Tywin/Shae, really looking forward to that.

| I didnt wait long enough to continue watching it S04E06 - Spoiler:
I wanted to wait for the ep with tyrions trial to be out, so i stopped watching for a couple weeks, but its split into 2 parts and now i have to wait until sunday to see it and its killing me A trial by combat is insane for him, i mean it is his best shot, but i really want him to live and i dont think he will now because of this Also i forgot how insane Cat's sister and her son is, and i dont understand baelish's plan, the risks hes taking are far greater than the reward he can get His plan in season 1 was much better than this one Actually no, i take that back, after thinking about it i realized: Lysa said she wrote the letter in season 1 that caused ned to go to the capital in the first place for baelish, the letter about Jon and how the lanisters killed him, and she killed Jon for him So baelish's original plan was to cause chaos, since he killed jon to get ned to be there, he knew ned would look into jons death and find out about joffery not being roberts son, which would cause cersei to turn against ned leading to his death It was never about becoming the acting king, because if you remember baelish told ned that they could keep their mouths shut about joffery not being roberts son and pull the strings from behind the scenes, but he had no reason to bring ned there with that letter, bringing ned there didnt help the plan of becoming acting king, it was more hurtful to that plan than not bringing him there, it just helped to cause the war of the five kings, but he didnt know that would happen either, like he couldnt have planned it out that far ahead (unless he also set it up so that king robert would die, which i dont think he did) So his plan has always been to shake things up to see what would happen with a small chance that something good would happen for him

Ya man i knew it was comming but it was still hard to watch, especially the exploding eyeball thing, i didnt remember that from the books, it just added a shock. I hope they do something with the wall, so far its just been a lot of filler

Yeah i didnt believe it though I still kindve dont believe it because he keeps taking actions that seem to only make sense when you have some over arching plan, i just dont see what that plan could be anymore (the plan that i said at the end of my last post doesnt count as an actual plan) I mean like a reasonable, sound plan with an end goal that benefits him S04E08: - Spoiler:
I still have hope that tyrion will come up with a way out of this His story about orsen crushing beetles was 2 fold to me 1. It described the mountain and how he kills for the sake of killing, and even foreshadowed Oberyn's head being crushed by him 2. Tyrion doesnt give up, even on something as foolish as trying to understand madness, so it tells me he wont give up on this and that he might have a chance to live (even though he ultimately failed to understand orsen in the beetle story even after giving it his all, but im not going to let that get me down, TYIRON WILL LIVE *covers ears and makes nonsensical noises to block out all other sounds*)
As for Oberyn, i didnt get attached to him because he was too likable, especially after offering to help tyrion with his trial, it felt like a trap and that he would die for sure
And the scene where arya and the hound are informed that arya's aunt is dead and arya just laughs is the best scene ever lmao

was it made clear whether The Mountain lived or died? i thought they both died, so i was a little upset when Tywin was just like "gods say execution time" I really hope they both died which stops tywin from being able to order his death, and is the beginning to Tyrian finding a way out. Tyrion wil live. Tyrion must live And yeah, Arya laughing was so good. Dynaris's whole "dont look into the peoples eyes im talking to" thing is a little much sometimes. i might be the only one bothered by it though. and the wall definitely feels like filler. Eventually king #631 and the red woman are gonna get there, and then maybe it'll be interesting. I hate every scene with John snow though. I think because i thought from his first few scenes he was gonna be a badass ranger, then he just turned into a whiner that doesn't know how to work within the social/military system he chose. The part where he was a traitor then not a traitor was cool though. Cus i must have missed some cues that he wasn't actually a traitor, cus i thought he had legitimately joined the wildlings.

Seemed like the mountain lived Even if he did die Oberyn definitely died first which i think is all that matters So, unfortunately i dont think that will help his case
Since shes consistent with not looking into peoples eyes it doesnt bother me, ive always considered it just something the character does And it is explained by her past, being under her brother and being exiled for most of her life would condition her to avoid eye contact, it tells me that she still has those issues even though shes powerful now
The wall doesnt feel like filler to me either, it feels more like set up for something that will happen next season, although bacon is the one that said its filler and since he read the books he would know that it is filler and so the events happening there must not have been in the book so it might not be set up But still, its too early to call it filler yet, got to wait for the pay off, and if there is no pay off then i would call it filler But yeah, jon hasnt really done anything since coming back from the wildlings I think sam has done more than jon has with his side plot of the girl and the baby
And jon had to leave the wildlings cause they wanted him to kill some innocent guy that they stole horses from to stop him from potentially informing the nights watch about them and jon couldnt do it which they interpreted as jon still being loyal to the nights watch so they fought and he escaped He didnt want to go back, he just wanted the wildlings to have a little empathy and they werent having any of that so he had no where else to go so he went back to the wall
