Tips in SC2 Maps

I don't know how to create Tips & Tutorials for SC2 maps. In some of the custom maps that I have played, I click on the help tab, and there are Tips on how to do certain things with custom units. For my maps it would really help to explain how to do stuff in-game.

Its in triggers under the UI
Just type create tip into the trigger search box when you add a new action to a trigger
The event for adding tips should be map initialization
