why is there a map called risk revolution?

unless some1 worked very fast, its the first risk map on sc2, and therefore cant be a revolution...

and theres been about a bazillion "revolutions" in wc3 and other games...

therefore whoever made that map is retarded & therefore 10 bucks says that map sucks...

Its a remake of risk de-evolution from wc3

It has a menu system for picking modes and player options

Other then that its exactly the same as the wc3 version that we would play, except that theres no navy units, and when you take a city in a country the unit that stands on the beacon isnt moved when you have it and a bunch of units selected

Also, since you can select 100s of units at a time its alot better with invading countries and moving your army around

Oh I know.
The only thing I wish they could fix is that mass #'s of units shouldn't lag up a game.
Sometimes when you have 400 units in a battle (which isn't hard to do in a 2v2 you'll lag alot)

But yeah i feel like a lot of the games on war3 will be A LOT easier to play now thanks to being able to select more units.

The only thing i honestly hate, is the new item system.
Like WTF, you can replace the character portrait on your right with an item pouch lame :'(.
You have to like click an ability and it comes up like a dialog box like guild wars or WOW which i dislike.

You can replicate wc3 item system exactly
Just that the location of where it shows the items will have to be somewhere else

The point of the new item system is to be more flexible, and allow you to do anything you want with items

Cool im gonna have to try the risk map before the beta ends
