Anyone else ever play this?
I picked it up on the Steam sale a couple days ago for $8, and it's completely worth it. I'd say M&B's sort of like a mix between Total War and Crusader Kings, with a little bit of first person combat as well. You start off as an adventurer with nothing to their name, and have to work your way up through the tree of feudalism. You can pledge your support to a lord, fight for his enemies, form alliances, and increase renown and other RPG-esque skills.
The combat itself is decent, and is really based around exploiting the advantage you get from a horse over infantry.
It's an incredibly good time sink. I've dumped about 20 hours in so far.
The graphics look like complete ass, though.
