Ill work on the map i guess... if its not done then I'll just enter what I have.

Umm I fixed newgen so I recreated the map. Newgen was giving me the "Unrecognized PJASS (Syntax) Error" because I had it in a directory that had spaces in the file names. I moved it from C:/Users/My Name/Documents/ to C:/Games/tools/ and it worked! Notice the space between 'My' and 'Name'.

PS I figured that out all on my own. On the website it said it had a problem reading certain files or something so I thought maybe it has to do with the directories..

my map isn't finished but its got enough done to play it atm, and by the time judging roles around it should be at least a lil bit better... basically if you're worried your map is gonna suck - don't be.

so i wanna hear from the judges (pat, mark, slayer) on when they can be around for the 16th to the 18th

if one of em can't judge for all of those times/days, then i'll deal with it then (no more delays)

when submitting a map, remember to read the first post in this thread (ie. format and email to send it to)

after i hear from the judges i'll figure out how this whole judging thing will go down and do another post

as many people as possible are gonna play each game
but definitely the judges and the guy who made it

so you'll almost definitely get more than 4 people, since 4 is the bare minimum if, for whatever reason, (and there are many) i'm killed in my sleep... otherwise its 5 people

from the sound of it, your game is gonna be pretty sweet so I wouldn't be worried about us wanting to play it a few times
probably what will happen is we'll play it once and then a different game and then it again
but it all depends on what every1 else wants to do

this is a very informal contest... if ya ain't havin fun, you're doin it wrong

You wouldnt be killed in your sleep, unless someone gets to you before my incredibly convoluted and unnecessary 11 phase assassination plan is set into motion

Phase 1: Initiate and complete a separate 4 phase plan to find and break out a convicted arsonist from prison, and offer that arsonist his freedom if he sets fire to your house while your not home

Phase 7: Have the EWSF sneak up behind you and throw you into the back of a nearby clown car which will be used to kidnap you (1 of the clowns from the earlier 23 phase plan will drive, since trying to get the walrus to drive is just silly)
Phase 8: The clown will drop you off in the middle of the Nevada desert (after several days of driving of course)
Phase 9: From there you will wander around for days until you find the elaborate hotel and casino i had built near where you were dropped off (the building of the hotel/casino is the result of another 82 phase plan)
Phase 10: When you enter the hotel/casino in an attempt to get food and water ill remotely detonate the 10000 pounds of C4 i had set up by the albino monkeys as per Phase 79 of the previous 82 phase plan (the C4 was attained though another 34 phase plan)
Phase 11: Once the smoke settles ill have mexican drug lords sift through the rubble to find your corpse, with instructions to shoot you in the head twice

thats how it is for my map
I wanna say yes, but thats not fair to the people who actually finished

so its a partial yes
look at the scoring guidelines triggering is worth 5 points (which despite only being half done, you might get all those points)
but the rest, like aesthetics and overall design is where we're gonna lose a few points

a double post is where you post one thing, and then go to post another thing before there are any replies
if you want to add to your post, edit the original one and add whatever you want

The only maps it will have are maps for the contest
You can use the !dlmap command to dl your map for the contest right to the bot (youll need to put your map on something like dropbox first) (dropbox seems to have changed the way it works, making it incompatible with the bot)
Any map thats dled to the bot that isnt for the contest will be deleted

Even if you dl your map to the bot, be sure to still email Clan_TMMM@hotmail.com with your map
