| if its all black then you didnt convert to blp correctly. save your tga file and use this to convert to blp http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ADL67FMXall you do is drag your tga over this program and it converts it to blp | |

| Dont open it and drag it to the prompt that opens He means just drag your tga on to the icon for the program as if it were a folder and you were dragging it into there Once you do that a blp file will be made in the same folder with the same name as the tga Thats the file you want
And dont quintuple post

| lol u arent the master of loading screens. You cant even make them moving like me bet. The simplest way to make a Custom Loading Screen and not knowing what you are doing is to get Magos Model Editor and go to Advanced => Loading Screen Creator (dunno if its so called) | |

| I had thought about making a video with the loading screen
Since the animation doesnt start until the loading is finished, and you can start audio as soon as they get to the waiting for other players thing You could sync the audio up with an animated loading screen to make a video
But animated loading screens seemed too limited to make a video with by using it, since 1 second of video would need at least 20 frames of animation so i abandoned the idea
I might try to do it with sc2, depending on how well that loading screen system is set up
EDIT: You know what i didnt think of back then, i couldve done a comic book style thing, something like that would be more practical to do as a loading screen

| For any additional info, in case you don't know. The file has to be considered apart of the music folder, and it will continue to loop. There is also a slight delay with the music function, so when the video loops there will be no delay. It will become more and more out of sync. | |

| I thought there might be trouble syncing the audio with the video, but i never got that far with the idea, so i never got to test it
You dont have to loop the video though At the end of the video just put up a pic like a normal loading screen and let the audio repeat while that pic stays up Maybe on the pic have it say something like "Audio Only" This would be the easiest way to get around the audio desync
Or even better Have the audio be 4 loops of video The audio would be 4 times longer then the video that way the audio desync wouldnt happen until after 4 playthroughs of the video Hopefully everyone would finish loading before the video plays 4 times Of course this would make the audio a huge file, but you could downsample it just enough so that it still sounds good but isnt too huge It could be more then 4 loops, or less, it depends on how long the video is
